"Humanizing" isn't magic word-swapping. AI text reads machine-written for specific, fixable reasons. These are the ones our detector flags most, and what to do about each:

AI writes sentences of similar length, one after another. People burst — a long winding thought, then a short one. Punch. Vary yours and the text immediately reads more human.
Stock AI phrasing
“A testament to”, “rich tapestry”, “delve into”, “navigate the complex landscape” — phrases models reach for constantly that people rarely type. Cut or replace them.
No contractions, no asides
AI defaults to formal: “it is”, “do not”, no parentheses, no “honestly?”. Human writing leaks personality. Put back the contractions and the small asides you'd actually say.
Over-polished structure
